Wendy Glover has over 25 years experience in the Vacation Rental space. Starting out in Destin, FL with Abbott Resorts, creating their first IT Service Desk, she advanced through 5 acquisitions, supporting technology and system implementations and migrations.  She worked in 2 of the nations' largest vacation rental companies and has led all areas of Technology.  She led the IT assessment and subsequent integration of 10 + acquisitions for Wyndham Vacation Rentals to standardize infrastructure and systems.  She also lead  the digital transformation for Wyndham, more than 15 brand PMS migrations and executed the Customer Journey plan. 

     She excels at Program and Project Management as well as Change Management and is experienced with many of the Vacation Rental industry vendors and systems.

     She holds a business degree from Georgia Institute of Technology and resides on the beautiful Emerald Coast of Florida along Scenic Highway 30A.

Tina Gibson Slater is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in the Vacation Rental and Hotel & Resort industry. Her journey began at the esteemed Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort in Miramar Beach, FL, where she was the head of the 20 seat Call Center Reservations team.

     Transitioning into the Vacation Rental & Hotel software sector, Tina's career continued as she contributed her talents to renowned companies such as Travelnet Solutions and Cendyn.        

     With a proven track record in Customer Success & Implementations, Tina excels in evaluating clients' business needs and devising tailored strategies to ensure seamless software transitions and client satisfaction.  Her expertise spans Operations, CRM, Call Centers, and Data Analysis, positioning her as a multifaceted professional capable of navigating complex challenges within each software transition.

     Currently calling Santa Rosa Beach, Florida, home, Tina resides near the beautiful Gulf of Mexico with her family.
